Decks Colorado, part of Evans Construction, has been designing,
planning, and building high quality, low maintenance decks
in Denver and surrounding areas for over 5 years. Our main
objective is to build decks that compliment your home and
provide a eprfect outdoor space for you and your family.

About Kevin Evans / Evans Construction Co Inc
Kevin Evans, President of Evans Construction
Co. Inc. has been working in the Denver Area as a tradesmen
since 1983 and have been a business owner and remodeling
contractor since 1984. Our Company has been incorporated
since 1987.
About Kevin Evans, Owner:
In 1978, I attended O.S.U., then served in the Air Force,
in England. While stationed abroad I studied law at the
University of Maryland at Oxford. Upon arriving to Denver
I was enticed into my first trade installing drywall. Originally
I worked in the residential arena and later with the union
for many commercial companies. I quickly advanced into
metal stud systems intricate framing for ballrooms such
as the Hyatt Regency Denver DTC, and the Stouffer Concourse
Hotel. From there I advanced into grid or acoustical suspended
ceiling systems.
As the commercial market softened I performed my first
basement finish in 1984 and learned to install cabinetry.
From there I became a painting contractor performed painting
large condo complexes and wrote specifications for such
as well. I also learned to do home inspections for real
estate. In 1988 I attended a year of night classes at the
Denver Institute of Technology and became certified as
a heating & air service technician. At that time I
had several commercial accounts for tenant finish such
Quick Prints and café Giovanni. Then we ventured
to assist Denver Decks in the treatment of Decks and learned
a new business of reconditioning decks.
As the years progressed we have performed as general contractor
or been involved with many tenant build outs for office
space, warehouses, Basement Finishes, Decks, Red Lobster
and So stanza restaurants remodels, Church in the City
Remodels, as well as a number of Kitchen and bathroom remodels,
and major additions.
In the year of 1999 I became part of the Denver Decks
Design and Marketing Team managing and performing 750 estimates.
My passion for serving others in building their dreams
is exiting and rewarding.

I truly have not counted the amount of customers I have
satisfied over the years but I am sure it is well over
a thousand. Perhaps in the future I can database past clients
find them and send them a great big thank you for helping
us build a model remodeling company.
